From 2024 to 2025, Jiangsu World Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd. continued to support the development of agricultural mechanization in the African market by organizing a series of tractor operation and maintenance training programs in the Republic of Congo. In cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Congo, the training sessions were carried out in Oyo in the northern region and Bouansa in the southern region, aiming to enhance the application and management capabilities of agricultural machinery at the local level.

Prior to the training program, World Group has successfully delivered nearly 200 units of WD1504 tractors to the Congolese market. To ensure stable, efficient, and safe operation of the equipment under complex local working conditions, the company implemented a structured technical training program alongside the equipment delivery. Through systematic training, local operators and technical personnel were supported in gaining a deeper understanding of tractor operation, maintenance requirements, and daily management practices. In total, four training sessions were conducted, with more than 120 participants attending.
The training program was designed with a strong focus on practical application. Key topics included tractor structure and performance characteristics, standardized operating procedures, safety requirements, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. By combining classroom instruction with on-site practical training, the program emphasized hands-on skill development in field operations, driving control, equipment inspection, and maintenance management, contributing to improved operational efficiency and equipment reliability.
