Crawler Tractor
with Rotary Tiller
A riding crawler platform for paddy rotary tillage, with widened tracks, stepless travel and electro-hydraulic steering and implement lifting.

Crawler Travel and Rotary Tillage in One Platform
The riding chassis carries the operator and travel system. Widened, extended tracks form the running gear, while the rear rotary assembly works the soil.
A double-sided hydraulic lift positions the rear implement, with standard rear hydraulic outputs for implement functions. The WD3100C data below provides a model reference for working width, operating weight and connections.
WD3100C: Width, Weight and Connections
Compare the rotary unit, chassis and implement interfaces using the same measurement basis.
| Working width | 220 cm |
|---|---|
| Operating weight | 2,600 kg |
| Number of blades | 106 |
| Track gauge | 1,200 mm |
| Tillage implement linkage | Three-point hitch |
| Two-speed PTO | 540/760 rpm · Optional |
Use operating weight to compare machine mass; transport planning uses the shipment’s packing dimensions and weight.
The PTO figures specify shaft output speed. Tiller rotor speed is a separate operating parameter.
Working width measures the tilled strip; track gauge describes chassis spacing. For access and loading, use the complete machine’s overall dimensions with the selected implement in its stated working or transport position.
Match Field Conditions to the Work Required

Evaluate ground support, the required soil result and the route separately. Use demonstration records that identify the machine and implement.
Surface water and ground support
Surface water does not measure soil support. Compare soil texture, soft-layer depth and past sinking or access problems with the demonstration conditions.
Depth and soil finish
Compare achieved depth and soil finish, alongside residue treatment and passes. A shallow mixing demonstration does not establish deeper cultivation performance.
Access and turning space
For gates and loading, use complete-machine dimensions with the rotary unit in its stated travel position. For headlands, use the turning envelope.
Time to complete the field
Compare completed area with total field time, including turns and stops, at equivalent depth and finish. Record soil, water, residue and passes.
IT195 Paddy Blades with Side Gear Transmission
The paddy rotary unit uses IT195 blades in an asymmetrical spiral arrangement and a side gear transmission.
WD3100C’s 220 cm working width and 106-blade total describe the assembly as a whole. For replacement parts, identify the rotary assembly, blade position, mounting pattern and applicable part reference.

Stepless Travel, Coordinated Steering and Lifting
The World gearbox provides stepless travel control. Hydraulic controls and electro-hydraulic devices allow steering and implement lifting at the same time.
This lets the operator coordinate a change of direction with the rear implement’s position during field work. The views below identify the main control areas.

Match operating instructions to the supplied machine and implement before use.
Plan Parts and Documents Around the Machine
FMWORLD is the farm machinery business of Jiangsu World Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd., with manufacturing in China and Thailand. Service topics include operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Running gear
Identify tracks and undercarriage parts by machine model, serial details and assembly reference; include a component photo.
Rotary unit
Use rotary-unit identity and part references for blades and side-drive enquiries. For blades, include blade position and mounting details.
Engine and hydraulics
Use engine identification and hydraulic-component references. Match operating, maintenance and parts documents to the supplied version and language.

Compare the Same Equipment and Delivery Scope
A machine price becomes comparable when the model, equipment and delivery responsibilities are stated together. Keep options and services separately identified.

Equipment
List the machine and engine version, rotary unit, PTO option and additional implements separately. Identify fittings, tools and wear parts as included or separately priced.
Preparation and documents
State assembly condition and documents with model, revision and language. Identify commissioning, training and warranty responsibilities and any separate charges.
Packing and destination
Use packed dimensions, gross weight and package count. State the delivery point and freight, unloading and onward-transport responsibilities.
Timing and acceptance
Separate dispatch, transit and target arrival. Check the delivered model, equipment, quantities, condition and documents against the order; record shortages and handover.
Before You Request a Quotation
Is this a tiller for an existing tractor?
This page presents a complete riding crawler platform with rotary tillage equipment. For an attachment-only enquiry, identify the existing tractor and its linkage and drive connections.
Does 540/760 rpm describe the rotary blade speed?
No. These figures describe the optional PTO output; the rotary blade shaft has its own operating speed.
View the interface checksDoes IT195 identify the complete replacement blade?
Use machine and rotary-unit details, the applicable part reference, blade position and mounting photos.
View parts and document guidanceWhat should be recorded before delivery?
Record the itemised equipment, quantities, shipping state and handover responsibilities. Compare these with the order before accepting delivery.
